These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use Swudoku.com (“we”, “our”, or “Swudoku”), including the website, iOS app, puzzles, and related services (“Services”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Swudoku.com or create an account.

  • By using our Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Accounts

  • Creating an account is optional. Accounts allow you to save scores, view History and play past puzzles in the Archive on the web, and sync game stats between the web game and the iOS app when you sign in with the same account (both ways) for games you played. The iOS app is today’s puzzle only. Signing in on a device also uploads any scores already saved locally on that device.

  • When registering, you must provide a valid email address and a display name.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Swudoku is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. User Content

  • Only game scores saved against your account are stored. Feedback can be sent via email.

  • You retain ownership of your content (scores, feedback), but by submitting it to Swudoku, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for displaying leaderboards or improving Services.

  • Users must not submit offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

4. Gameplay & Use of Services

  • Swudoku provides puzzles, tile-swapping gameplay, and leaderboards.

  • Users can share their game results via screenshots or other means, provided they reference Swudoku.com.

  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be bug-free or uninterrupted.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including tile-swapping mechanisms, game design, logos, and site content, is owned by Swudoku Games and protected by copyright and other laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our Services without prior written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • You consent to us sending you emails related to your account and the Services.

  • You may delete your account and the game data saved with it through the delete flow in the game at https://swudoku.com/delete-account. You can also contact us by email.

7. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services.

  • Use the Services to harass, spam, or harm others.

  • Circumvent any technical restrictions we implement.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is.”

  • Swudoku does not guarantee uninterrupted access, correctness of puzzles, or that bugs will not occur.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the Services, including any reliance on game results or leaderboards.

  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access to the Services or your account at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page.

  • Your continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
